Your Responsibilities:
As the Room Leader, you will:
* Lead a specific age group room and ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Plan, deliver, and oversee engaging, age-appropriate activities that support holistic development.
* Guide and mentor your team, providing coaching and support to uphold the highest childcare standards.
* Build trusting relationships with families, encouraging collaboration in each child’s learning journey.
* Maintain rigorous safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance standards
