The Opportunity: Field Forklift Engineer
Contract: Permanent
Location: North Wales (various locations)
Salary: up to £38,000 + Overtime

It is the biggest material handling and powered access company in Wales. The Impact You Will Have
1. Attend customer locations to assess the scope of work, prioritize tasks, and ensure safe working practices.
2. Communicate with controllers and customers about expected work, timescales, and costs.
3. Identify root causes of breakdowns and source parts efficiently, involving the Briggs Technical team when needed.
4. Ensure all work complies with engineering standards and manufacturer specifications.
5. Perform inspections and checks to confirm equipment safety and performance before returning to the customer.
6. Identify additional work and inform customers of any costs, maximizing revenue opportunities.
7. Complete all job and service documentation accurately, obtaining necessary signatures and customer approval.
