Main Responsibilities: * Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components * Machine components from a range of raw materials to engineering drawing specifications * Utilise appropriate measuring equipment to ensure quality standards are met * Follow company Quality Management and Health & Safety procedures * Work to deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Skills & Experience: * Proven experience in a precision engineering environment * Skilled in programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines (Haas or Fanuc control) * Experience using 5th axis and machining castings * Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring equipment * Mechanical Engineering Qualification (essential) * Strong time management, communication skills, and team ethic Working Hours: Week 1 * 6.00am to 2.30pm (30 mins unpaid lunch), Monday to Friday Week 2 * 2.00pm to 11.30pm (30 mins unpaid lunch), Monday to Thursday * 2.00pm to 6.00pm, Friday Benefits: * Competitive pay with premium overtime rates * 32 days annual leave (including bank holidays) * Company pension scheme
