We have an exciting opportunity available for the post of Administration Manager for Charnwood and Melton & Rutland Neighbourhood Community Mental Health Teams across the Directorate of Mental Health.
This is a fixed term team member to cover Maternity Leave for 12 months working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday based at the Loughborough Community Hospital with one day at the Melton Base of part of each working week. This role is part of our existing administration management structure and will support driving the changes required under both our Better Mental Health for All and Administration Improvement workstreams. The post will operate using the Trust’s blended-working approach, with the ability to work from home as well as at base.

Job Description Summary
You will be responsible for the line management of two teams Charnwood and Melton & Rutland Community Neighbourhood Teams, which includes overseeing service delivery, finance, HR issues and ensuring that relevant KPIs are met. The roles involve working closely with clinical and other managerial colleagues across the service. Successful candidates will have strong leadership skills and will be adept at building effective relationships with a range of colleagues.
