Lead Groundskeeper
Location: Burton Albion Football Club
Burton Albion FC is looking for a passionate Lead Groundskeeper to keep our stadium and training facilities in top condition. From preparing first-class playing surfaces to maintaining our grounds and buildings, you'll play a vital role in the heart of the Club.
You'll lead a small team, plan year-round maintenance, and make sure everything is safe, compliant, and ready for action — whether it's a big matchday or a community event.
What we're looking for:
* NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Sports Turf or Greenkeeping.
* At least 2 years' experience managing sports turf.
* PA1, PA2 and PA6 spraying qualifications.
* A hands-on leader who's organised, flexible and committed to high standards.
This role requires an Enhanced DBS check.
