We're recruiting a Senior Transport Consultant to support major developments and regeneration projects from our client’s London office. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead transport planning and infrastructure workstreams across complex projects
* Provide expert advice on highway design, sustainable transport, and access strategies
* Manage client relationships and contribute to repeat business
* Represent the consultancy at pre-application meetings, design reviews, and consultations
* Prepare high-quality reports, proposals, and technical documents
* Support and mentor junior team members
* Assist with project management and budget control
* Contribute to bid writing and business development efforts
Requirements:
* Proven experience in transport planning/consultancy, ideally within a development context
* Strong project management skills with a commercial mindset
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams (e.g., architects, planners)
* Relevant qualifications in transport planning, civil engineering, or similar
* Chartership or working towards it (desirable)
