5 days over 7 with 2 weekend's on and 2 weekend's off

The Job Role
Sous Chef for a stunning private school
Catering for up to 900 a day
Catering for events/pop ups and hospitality
Sous Chef will be Cooking from scratch with fresh ingredients.
Supporting the Head Chef and team.
The Requirements
The successful applicant will already be a proven Sous Chef within Independent Education/B&I/hotels or large venues.
A Self-starter with a passion for people development.
A genuine love for food.
