HSE Manager Alexander Steele is working with a global food manufacturing business in Buckinghamshire. Our client is looking for a dynamic HSE Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. This is great opportunity for an experienced individual to work alongside the SLT, whilst playing a key role in the development and implementation site’s HSE strategy. What’s on Offer: * Paying up to £75,000 10% bonus * 36 days holiday * Private medical care/dental care * 5% pension * Onsite Monday – Friday (flexibility with hours) Responsibilities: * Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and best practices. * Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement mitigation measures to reduce risks to personnel and the environment. * Manage and maintain compliance to build structure to ISO14001 and other HSE related standards * Provide professional leadership, support, and development to team members. Background Experience: * 6 years’ experience in HSE management within a food manufacturing environment. * NEBOSH Diploma qualified * Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills. * Strong COSHH knowledge * A strong track record of leading and motivating teams in previous positions. * Strong organisational skills and an exceptional attention to detail.
