As a Plumber at HMP Berwyn, you’ll be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing maintenance and repair tasks across the site. You’ll work closely with the facilities team to ensure all systems are safe,pliant, and fully operational.
Your new role
1. Perform planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
2. Diagnose and repair faults in water systems, drainage, and sanitation
3. Ensurepliance with health and safety regulations
4. Work collaboratively with other trades and site staff
5. Maintain accurate records of workpleted
What you'll need to succeed
6. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification
7. Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and repair
8. Knowledge of water regulations andpliance with standards
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
10. Goodmunication and problem-solving skills
11. Experience in a secure or public sector environment is a plus.
