Planner (Order Processor): Maternity Cover
We are looking for an efficient Planner to work in our busy Customer Order Processing Department to cover maternity leave. A Planner has a range of duties that include:
* Using our in-house system to accurately input purchase orders.
* Creating a works instruction and plan for the factory.
* Communication with our Customer Service, Data Preparation and Production Planning teams.
To be successful as a Planner you should be able to carry out all tasks accurately, to tight deadlines and possess strong IT skills.
About you:
* Well organised and able to concentrate for long periods of time.
* Able to work accurately to tight deadlines.
* A team player.
* You will have GCSE Maths and English (grades A* – C), or equivalent.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Desirable (but not essential): Previous experience working within the print industry and / or administration.

* Following a successful 6-month probation period, the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week, dependent on the length of the fixed term contract.
