Client Account Executive at Shackleton Technologies is looking for an experienced professional to join our Business Development Team in Dundee, Scotland. The role focuses on nurturing client relationships, ensuring systems are secure and future‑proof, and helping clients achieve their IT and business objectives.
Your Role
* First point of contact for all client business matters.
* Maintain and build client relationships through regular meetings, phone calls, and other touchpoints.
* Review client IT infrastructure and provide recommendations.
* Work closely with technical team to deliver excellent client experience and help make their business better.
* Write reports, proposals and other written communications.
* Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement.
* Prepare and send quotes, and place and track hardware orders.
What You Will Need
* Proven experience as a Client Account Executive or in a client‑facing relationship role.
* Hands‑on experience with CRM software and MS Office.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills; able to prioritise work.
* First‑class verbal and written communication skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Proactive, dynamic, results‑oriented problem‑solver.
* Ability to evaluate options and generate solutions.
* A desirable degree of technical knowledge.
* A team player with high dedication.
