Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted
* Supervise and manage team members to ensure smooth operations during service.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and service stations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and delivery.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Provide training and support to new staff members, fostering a positive team environment.
Qualifications
* Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is essential;
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
* Proven supervising experience with the ability to manage a team effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Experience in food preparation, cooking, or barista duties is advantageous.
* A passion for providing outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanour.
