STACK Infrastructure is currently seeking a Manager, in the Project Controls team (Construction PMO), to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of reporting and process standards across our datacenter construction portfolio. This pivotal role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of project reporting while championing the adoption of scalable processes and digital platforms across all construction and handover phases.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, data-savvy professional with deep experience in project reporting, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement. You will work cross-functionally with Construction leadership, project teams, and external service providers to enhance transparency, drive operational efficiency, and support STACK’s strategic growth across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Reporting Excellence
* Own the end-to-end reporting lifecycle across all datacenter construction projects, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality outputs
* Lead the transition from Excel-based reporting to digital solutions, including Tableau and Power BI, driving automation and real-time insights
* Develop robust dashboards and data models to improve visibility and reduce manual reporting burdens
Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement
* Partner with the Director of Project Controls to develop and execute program-level initiatives that standardize workflows, elevate reporting quality, and improve project outcomes
* Identify process gaps and implement enhancements that align with STACK’s evolving delivery strategy and technology ecosystem
* Support the onboarding of project teams, outlining standard processes, reporting requirements and tools that need to be used for project delivery
Experience
* 5+ years of experience in construction delivery, program/project management, or controls-focused roles
* Strong understanding of construction project workflows, lifecycle phases, and performance reporting
* Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, automation, modelling)
* Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools; strong grasp of data structures and visualization best practices
* Proven track record in process improvement, with the ability to lead initiatives across geographically distributed teams
* Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
