About the Role
We are a commercial diagnostics business looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our operations by handling administrative tasks, customer communication, and record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities
* Entering Estimates and invoices into QuickBooks accurately and efficiently
* Managing and responding to customer queries via email and phone
* Monitoring and thoroughly checking emails to ensure nothing is missed
* General filing and organisation of documents
* Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately
* Providing support with other ad-hoc office duties as required
What We're Looking For
* Previous administrative experience is preferred, but not essential
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident using email and computer systems (experience with QuickBooks an advantage)
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage workload and work independently
