HR Coordinator
East Sussex (Onsite)
12-month FTC
£30,000-£35,000
We are working with a well-established, successful business in East Sussex to recruit a HR Administrator on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you would have involvement across the HR / recruitment function - this role will suit someone studying their CIPD Level 3.
Role Overview:
* Support the full employee lifecycle (joiners, movers, leavers)
* Prepare contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation
* Maintain employee records and HR systems
* Assist with payroll and employee queries
* Manage recruitment administration and interview scheduling
* Support onboarding and inductions
* Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment law

* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, providing hands-on HR support and guidance
* Confident providing HR advice, including attending absence, disciplinary, and performance meetings
