Responsibilities
:
Typing and formatting legal documents, letters, and contracts.
Managing case files and maintaining accurate records.
Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties such as estate agents and mortgage brokers.
Booking appointments, managing diaries, and scheduling meetings.
Assisting with property searches, documentation, and correspondence.
General administrative support as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within a property team.
Excellent typing, proofreading, and IT skills (Microsoft Office and legal software).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
