What You’ll Do
* Own and lead big-idea design thinking for major global brands across advertising, branding, social, and motion.
* Partner with world-class creatives, strategists, and clients to build work that grabs attention and earns applause.
* Craft bold, concept-driven visuals that win hearts and pencils - D&ADs, Cannes Lions, Clios - you name it.
* Bring campaigns to life across every channel - from pitch deck to TikTok, from static to dynamic.
* Push, provoke, and elevate the creative output of the team around you - mentoring with edge and empathy.
* Keep your finger on the pulse of culture, design trends, tech, and what’s next.
What We’re Looking For
* 7+ years in high-calibre agencies - with a folio stacked with conceptual, beautifully executed, and celebrated work.
* A knack for storytelling through design - with fluency in brand, campaign, digital, social and motion thinking.
* Pro mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, with After Effects and motion capability as a serious bonus.
* Experience building and evolving brand identities, and bringing them to life across platforms.
* Calm under pressure, surgical with feedback, obsessed with craft.
* Someone who lives and breathes great creative - and doesn’t settle for anything less.
