SEN Teacher – KS3/KS4 – Full Time – Bournemouth

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with Autism and complex needs? Prospero Teaching are working with a Secondary School in Bournemouth who are looking for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our committed team supporting students aged 11-16 with EHCPs.
Full Time Hours:
1. Mon-Tues: 08:30 – 16:00 (includes CPD meetings)
2. Wed-Thurs: 08:30 – 15:15
3. Fri: 08:30 – 15:00
4. Pay: Paid to scale (based on experience)
Role Includes:
5. Delivering high-quality lessons in English, Maths, and PHSE
6. Providing 1:1 and small group intervention support
7. Covering lessons and adapting teaching for diverse needs
8. Creating a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Open to Primary, Secondary, and SEN teachers.
Experience with Autism, PMLD, and severe learning needs.
Compassionate, proactive approach with strong teamwork skills.
DBS on the update service and right to work in the UK.
