The Role
You will be key in the day-to-day running of supported housing services. We do not run care homes, so personal care is not required. Your focus will be on ensuring safety and wellbeing, supporting customers with various needs, and handling incidents appropriately. When customers leave, you'll prepare their rooms for the next occupant. We do not provide personal care or medication.

* Experience working with people in a customer-facing environment
* Understanding of supporting vulnerable people, possibly including lived experience of homelessness or addiction

Role Profile
Using Psychologically Informed and Trauma Informed Care approaches, you will:
* Assist in planning and delivering support and move-on plans
* Manage risks and support regular reviews
* Motivate customers towards outcomes and life skills
* Support with tenancy matters, employment, education, and community resources
* Help customers become tenancy-ready and financially independent
* Monitor healthcare needs and support medication management
* Maintain accurate digital records
* Encourage customer involvement and group activities
Support Service Delivery
* Support referral processes
* Assist with housing management, income collection, and tenancy support
* Maintain a safe environment, report repairs and safety concerns
* Prepare rooms for new customers
* Handle challenging situations sensitively
* Follow safeguarding procedures and escalate risks
* Build local partnerships for holistic support
* Perform administrative and operational duties, including financial systems
* Respond to enquiries via phone and reception

* Flexibility in working hours
* Use of Lone Worker system as needed

Person Specification
Essential
* Experience with vulnerable client groups
* Experience in structured support within housing or social care
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and willingness to learn IT systems
