Clinic Manager – Dialysis Location: Kings Norton Salary: £50,000 – £54,000 depending on experience Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated renal nurse leader to take on the role of Clinic Manager within a well-established Dialysis Unit in Kings Norton. Working in close partnership with the NHS, this position offers the chance to lead a dedicated clinical team while driving high standards of patient care and clinical outcomes. This is more than a management role. Role Overview As Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operational and clinical leadership of the dialysis unit. You will ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred care while maintaining full regulatory compliance and strong clinical performance. You will lead, support, and develop your team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive working environment where continuous improvement and professional growth are encouraged.
