Salary Scale 6: £34,204 - £36,536 per annum
Full Time (37 hours per week) and Permanent

We are looking for an experienced agricultural professional to step into a dual role that combines farm management with student mentorship.
What we're looking for:
* Qualifications: Minimum of a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Agriculture.
* Experience: Proven background working with agricultural land, machinery, and livestock (sheep, cattle, and pigs).
* Leadership: Experience supervising land areas, casual staff, or technicians.
* Skills: Strong communication, organisation, digital record‑keeping, and problem‑solving abilities.
* People Focused: Experience working with young people, with the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
