Contract Manager M&E Maintenance
Location: Surrey
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Contract Manager to join a growing Maintenance division in Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with a strong technical understanding of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services to manage a varied portfolio of maintenance contracts across both Public and Private Sector clients.
The successful candidate will oversee a mixed portfolio of M&E maintenance contracts valued at approximately £2 million, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, customer satisfaction, and commercial profitability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and oversee a portfolio of Mechanical & Electrical maintenance contracts across multiple client sites
2. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with key stakeholders
3. Ensure contracts are delivered safely, compliantly, on time, and within budget
4. Manage both direct labour and specialist subcontractors effectively
5. Monitor contract performance, profitability, and WIP (Work in Progress) management
