You’ll play a pivotal role in embedding inclusive, data-driven, and market-led practices, leveraging technology and generative AI to streamline processes and enhance the candidate experience. You’ll be a trusted partner to Directors, Heads of Service, and Hiring Managers, working with HRBP’s, building strong relationships, influencing outcomes, and supporting workforce planning across the council. Your expertise will help us tackle hard-to-fill roles, strengthen our employer brand, and ensure our recruitment activity is closely aligned with our strategic ambitions and values.
