HOURS: Full time, 35 hours per week
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least
two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites
About this Opportunity
You'll function as an analyst in a regulatory reporting technology change team who will be responsible for providing SME knowledge and supporting the delivery of both regulatory and transformational change.
As part of the Finance Platform, our purpose is to enable a safe, sustainable Finance function that supports the LBG strategy and customer needs. This role sits within a regulatory reporting technology change team. Our purpose is to deliver the regulatory and transformational capability uplift across various products which includes Capital Management, Liquidity Risk Management, Asset Encumbrance, Regulatory Reporting, Funds transfer Pricing and Interest Rate Banking Book Risk.

Day to day responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations of change requests, considering their impact on applications and reporting.
Provide analytical support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure changes are tested and implemented effectively and in line with business expectations.
Support reviews of specific regulatory data sets or facilitate deep dives into the processes used in regulatory reporting from source to end return
Partner with business and product teams to define and deliver the product backlog.
Work in an agile manner to deliver results efficiently and effectively, demonstrating iterative and collaborative approaches.
What you’ll need
1. Strong understanding of Treasury’s purpose and the financial risks it manages.
2. Ability to undertake analysis of large data and the ability to provide context and meaning around it.
3. Desire to develop an in-depth knowledge of regulatory reporting, data and applications, serving as a subject matter expert (SME).
4. Experience of working in an agile environment and collaborating on change initiatives.
5. Collaborate with people from technology & business teams as well as internal customers to get positive outcomes for all!
