As a Client Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of local owner-managed businesses, building strong relationships and delivering expert accounting and tax services.

Responsibilities of the role:
* Managing a portfolio of local small business clients
* Delivering high-quality accounting and tax services
* Enhancing client relationships and supporting their growth
* Leading business development and networking initiatives
* Supporting and developing the local team
About You:
We’re looking for a confident, motivated professional with:
* A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience
* Strong skills in working with sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, and individuals
* A customer-first mindset and a passion for service excellence
* Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of results
* Leadership qualities with a desire to build and nurture a team
* A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude towards marketing and business growth
