Join us as an Internal Account Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers and sales teams from within the branch network. Based at our BSS branch in Glasgow, this role offers strong development opportunities, hands-on commercial experience, and a clear path for progression, all within a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Key Details

1. Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (no weekend work!)

What will I be doing?

As an Internal Account Coordinator, you’ll sit at the centre of our sales and customer service activity, supporting both our external account managers and our valued trade customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and trade customers
5. Developing a solid understanding of our products, services, and systems
6. Supporting external account managers with quotes, order processing, and proactive account management
7. Managing a portfolio of small to medium accounts, ensuring outstanding service and identifying opportunities for growth
8. Using tools such as LinkedIn, email, and CRM systems to support prospecting and new business activity
9. Tailoring solutions to customer needs and confidently following up on enquiries to secure orders
10. Supporting the coordination of promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives
