The Role
You will join a market-leading Construction Dispute Resolution team advising on major construction and engineering disputes both in the UK and internationally. The work spans High Court litigation, arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution across diverse sectors including infrastructure, energy, oil and gas, transport, defence, and life sciences. The team is frequently involved in some of the most significant and high-profile disputes in the market.
What They’re Looking For
1. Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in construction disputes
2. Experience advising on high-value, complex contentious matters
3. Strong drafting, negotiation and problem-solving skills
4. Ability to provide pragmatic, commercial advice
5. Building Safety or insurance-related claims experience is desirable
6. Excellent time management and client-facing skills
7. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
