Location: Swansea areaHours: 20 hours per week (with regular opportunities for overtime )Pay: £14.25 per hour (paid weekly )
About the RoleYou’ll be working within a supportive early years setting, helping to deliver high-quality provision for young children and their families. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same!
Your responsibilities will include: Planning and supporting engaging, play-based learning activities Supporting children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs Assisting with routines such as snack time, toileting, and transitions Observing, tracking, and contributing to children’s progress Building positive relationships with families and carers Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
RequirementsTo be considered, you must: Hold a Level 3 CPPLD (or higher)or be actively working towards it Have experience working with young children (early years preferred) Have a strong understanding of child development and safeguarding Be reliable, committed, and professional
