Location: UK (with occasional travel to programmes / regions)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term contract

Job Purpose
To provide administrative support to General Counsel, Chief of Staff, Executive Committee and other key stakeholders to enable the efficient and effective functioning of the organisation. Asked tasked by the General Counsel/Chief of Staff, you will coordinate critical meetings, manage communications and schedules, support governance processes, and ensure timely follow-up on key actions and decisions.

Support General Counsel/Chief Of Staff With
* Ensuring compliance with statutory filing obligations.
* Preparation and management of Board and Executive Committee papers.
* Administrative support for maintaining the quality management system and for executive meetings.
* Provide administrative support to cross-cutting organisational projects
* Perform secretariat duties as required
* Maintaining key corporate documents.
* Administrative support as directed.
* Foster a culture of integrity, inclusiveness, and good governance across the global team.
* Uphold HALO’s core values and standards, promoting its ethos and mission statement.
* Ensure familiarity with and adherence to all HALO policies and procedures, especially the code of conduct and safeguarding.

Requirements
Requirements:
* Executive administration for the leadership of an organisation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High level of discretion and professionalism.
* Office-based work with the ability to attend in-person meetings as requested.
* Occasional international travel may be required.
