This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Leader looking for a long-term role within a fast-paced production environment, with strong opportunities for progression. Shift Pattern & Pay Night shift. Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday. 16:00 - 02:00. £18.68 per hour. Overtime paid at £28.02 per hour after 38 hours worked. Key Duties: Lead, motivate, and support a production team to achieve daily targets. Ensure products meet required quality and client specifications. Maximise efficiency across production lines. Promote and follow all health, safety, and quality standards. Complete production paperwork and systems accurately. Act as a role model for best practice across the site. Requirements: Previous Team Leader experience within production or food manufacturing preferred. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Ability to make confident decisions in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
