Responsibilities:
* You will act as the first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
* Setting up and maintaining laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers will be a key part of your role.

* Carrying out routine system checks, maintenance, and updates will be part of your day-to-day tasks.
* You will assist with Active Directory tasks such as account creation and password resets.
* Troubleshooting wired and wireless network connectivity problems will be expected of you.
