About the Role
As aSenior Team Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and team development within our production environment. This is a shift-based (4 on 6 off shift pattern) leadership position at the heart of our operations department, where your influence will directly impact performance, safety, and continuous improvement. You’ll be a key ambassador of ourI Carejourney, fostering a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace while leading by example.
What You Will Do
* Lead your shift team to deliver strong operational results and uphold ourI Carevalues.
* Drive performance through coaching, development conversations, and feedback.
* Embed and champion theAutonomous Maintenance (AM)program.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
* Support onboarding and continuous learning across the team.
* Act as the first point of contact for safety, quality, and disciplinary matters.
* Lead problem-solving initiatives to eliminate losses and improve efficiency.
* Monitor KPIs and manage shift resources effectively.
* Promote knowledge sharing and optimize team performance.

Background:
* Experience in supervisory or team leadership responsibilities, with a track record of motivating and guiding teams.
