Creative Asset & Local Adaptation

* Manage the localisation of global creative assets, ensuring they are relevant for the UK & ROI market while maintaining brand integrity.
* Coordinate with global teams on asset changes, amends, and additional requests, ensuring timely approvals.
* Confidently use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign / Photoshop) to make minor adaptations, resizing, and updates to VM assets where required.
* Support the creation of VM readiness packs, ensuring they are clear, structured, and easy for store teams to follow.

Always On VM Management

* Manage and coordinate updates to permanent VM assets, including talkers, cab blockers, niches, and large‑format graphics.
* Track all updates within allocation documents and asset trackers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global usage rights.
* Coordinate resizing, proofing, and reprints with suppliers, ensuring consistency across store formats.
* Maintain accurate documentation of store zoning and permanent VM placements, ensuring updates are clearly communicated to stores.

Digital Screen Content

* Coordinate the delivery of in‑store digital content, including briefing, resizing, scheduling, and uploads with external partners.
* Ensure content zoning aligns with store layouts and campaign priorities.
* Liaise with digital providers to ensure timely uploads, correct formatting, and consistency across all stores.

Vendor & Budget Management

* Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes, confirm specifications, and manage production timelines.
* Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) in Basware, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and correct coding.
* Track spend against campaign budgets and flag any variances or risks.
* Monitor supplier performance, ensuring quality, accuracy, and delivery timelines are met.

Qualifications

* First‑hand experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Marketing, Retail Communications, or a similar role.
* Strong experience managing campaign implementation from briefing through to store execution.
* Experience working with suppliers, print production, and asset management.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working cross‑functionally.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential) and confident using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign / Photoshop) to make minor updates and amendments to VM assets.

Desired Skills

* Creative and commercially aware, with a strong visual eye.
* Detail‑driven with a strong focus on execution quality.
* Proactive and solutions‑focused, taking ownership and accountability for delivery.
