IT Support Specialist – Legal Sector Upminster We are looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist to join a well-regarded law firm. This is a hands-on role covering everything from hardware and software support to cloud services and network maintenance. About the Role Provide deskside and remote IT support, manage equipment rollouts, and assist with projects such as cloud migrations and network upgrades. You will work closely with staff and service providers to keep systems running smoothly. Key Duties Manage user accounts in Microsoft 365 & Active Directory. Install and configure laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobiles via Intune. Provide onsite and remote user support and training. Work with MSPs to resolve technical issues quickly. Support remote working, AV, and voice systems. Assist with projects: device rollouts, app upgrades, cloud adoption. Maintain IT documentation and promote cyber security. Stay up to date with relevant tech trends. Skills & Experience 2nd line/deskside support background. Strong knowledge: Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, Exchange Online. Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID. Understanding of MFA and endpoint security. Strong problem-solving skills. Desirable Extras Microsoft Teams (Phone & Rooms). Apple iOS & Android support.
