We are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be passionate and enthusiastic about working with children, planning engaging experiences across the age ranges and ensuring the highest standards of care for children.
Key elements of the role
Supporting the nursery manager in the operation of the nursery
Ensuring that safeguarding procedures or adhered to.
Showing around prospective parents
Managing the nursery in the Nursery managers absence.
Ensuring that the nursery environment is always kept to a high standard.
Support staff with planning and creating an enriching environment.
Use of management nursery software.
This role would suit an existing Deputy Nursery Manager or a highly experienced room leader looking for the next step in their career.
Essential previous experience
Have a minimum of Level 3 qualification in early years education and childcare.
