About the Trainee Scheme :
* Duration: 2 to 4 years (based on your experience level)

Key Responsibilities:
You’ll gain experience across a range of engineering and development areas:
Health, Safety & Environment
Understand environmental constraints and help design safe, sustainable spaces
Support design risk assessments and CDM compliance
Planning & Community Engagement
Help prepare planning applications and documents
Support engagement with local communities
Assist with designing layouts and house types
Design & Pre-Development
Help coordinate external consultants and design tenders
Assist in preparing working drawing packages for residential and community spaces
Attend and support design team meetings
Work on securing Building Regulation approvals
On-Site & Development Support
Visit sites to resolve design issues and ensure project accuracy
Review and support technical sales literature
Help maintain quality and consistency across the design process
Job requirements:
* 2:2 degree in Architecture
* Architecture degrees - RIBA or CIAT accredited
* Driving licence and access to a car
* Willingness to travel between sites
* You must have a Full Right to Work in the UK and not be in any Full time education
