The Role
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care Team. This role plays a vital part in supporting our customers and installers with technical queries, order progress, and installation coordination. The ideal candidate will bring experience in technical administration and operational support, along with a strong ability to provide high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a first point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, and live chat.
* Provide accurate technical information related to our EV chargers, product compatibility, and installation processes.
* Coordinate order progress, booking installations, and handling follow-ups.
* Liaise with the operations and technical teams to resolve issues and escalate where necessary.
* Manage and update CRM and ticketing systems with accurate, timely information.
* Support virtual surveys and assist with pre-installation technical assessments.
* Monitor and track customer satisfaction, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
* Assist in creating and maintaining customer support documentation.
Experience & Skills
* Previous experience in a customer support, sales, operations, or technical admin role.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a calm and professional manner.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Shopify, Salesforce) and ticketing platforms.
* Ability to understand and communicate basic technical information (training provided).
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
* Previous experience within technology, energy, or EV-related industry.
