ROLE: Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE: 3 to 5 years’
LOCATION: London / hybrid working
SALARY: £60,000 to £80,000 DOE and interview performance
The Role
* Manage a varied caseload of commercial and residential property disputes, including landlord & tenant, development issues and land rights
* Draft key legal documents, conduct research, and support case strategy through to resolution
* Build strong client relationships and contribute to ongoing business development initiatives
* Work closely with senior lawyers and external counsel while taking increasing ownership of matters
The Person
* 3–5 years’ PQE in property litigation within private practice
* Strong drafting, analytical and organisational skills
* Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
* Proactive, team-oriented and keen to develop professionally
