Assets Administrator Based at Head Office, Waring Street, Belfast 37hrs per week (Mon-Fri, flexi hours available) Salary £24,242 - £26,234 A bit about the role At Clanmil, our tenants and residents are at the heart of what we do. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our business. As Assets Assistant you will provide a great customer-focussed service to our tenants. A bit about you You will have a minimum of 2 years administration experience in a busy office environment AND 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, to include Maths & English OR 5 years relevant experience in a busy office environment. You will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience of dealing with a high volume of calls in front line customer service to include dealing with customer enquiries. You will also have a complete proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
