Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, organisational, and strategic support to senior leadership. This role plays a key part in ensuring the Executive's time, priorities, and communications are expertly managed, enabling focus on key business objectives.
Main Responsibilities to Include :
Executive Support
* Manage complex calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination
* Prioritise appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts
* Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for meetings
* Attend meetings to take minutes and follow up on action points
Communication & Correspondence
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
