We’re supporting a fantastic specialist school in South Tyneside that caters for children with a wide range of additional needs. They’re looking for a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team this September, someone who can combine classroom support with leading interventions and small-group learning.

Your role will include:
5. Supporting pupils with SEND in the classroom and during activities
6. Leading small-group interventions and 1:1 support where needed
7. Assisting teachers with planning, preparation, and classroom organisation
8. Helping children with communication, social skills, and emotional regulation
What we’re looking for:
9. Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
10. Experience supporting children with SEND (autism, SEMH, or complex needs desirable)
11. Strong communication and organisational skills
12. A calm, flexible, and positive approach
