Finance Administrator

We are looking for a finance administrator to join our ambitious Head Office accounts team. You will work directly with the Financial Director. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail whilst also delivering a first class service to both internal and external stakeholders.

While this is a stand alone role working in a team, you will be required to build excellent relationships with other colleagues in branch. You must be an excellent communicator who is used to maintaining relationships with a diverse range of people and must have a ‘get stuck in attitude’.

Your responsibilities will include

* Preparing financial reports & briefings for the general managers, financial director & board
* Gathering & input of data
* Producing investor reports
* Support with month end closure
* Ensure financial compliance with company policies, accounting best practices & audit recommendations
* Assist in company secretarial duties, ensuring accurate statutory records
* Ensure all records are accurate & kept up to date
* A collaborative team player, who can also work independently
* Accounting and Financial administration experience essential
* Awareness of financial services & legislations
* Excellent analytical, communication & organisational skills
* Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative
* Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
* Flexible and adaptable in approach to work
* Prior experience within a multinational company would be beneficial
* Experience with the following software is required: Xero & Microsoft Excel

Details

* Hours of work: 9am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday
* Starting Salary: From £30,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
