About you:

As member of the Strategic HR Sales team, you will be responsible for finding new business and cross sell opportunities for the Access Talent Suite solutions within United Kingdom. The role is remote based, you will be expected to work variable hours to meet the demands of the role and the requirements of the prospects.  This is an excellent opportunity to accelerate your career through a progressive software company with a proven record of growth, investment, and stability. You'll be a new business hunter with the ability to win quickly.

Day-to-day, you will:


• Manage your territory effectively, keeping cost of sale low while generating new business and cross-sell opportunities across the full Access Talent Suite.


• Build and maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline for forecasting, with all activity, pricing, and client information kept up to date.


• Deliver professional, confident sales interactions - from calls and emails to demos and proposals - always highlighting value and insight.


• Develop strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication, agreed follow-ups, and positive customer experiences that drive advocacy.


• Stay organised and proactive, providing accurate forecasts, creative solutions to hit targets, and timely reporting to departmental standards.

Your skills and experiences might also include:


• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally with sector-specific knowledge.


• Self-motivated and organised, able to prioritise a demanding workload and manage time effectively.


• Strong communicator (phone, email, written) with attention to detail and a positive, professional approach.


• Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships with colleagues and clients, acting with integrity and loyalty.


• Flexible and growth-minded, open to travel for exhibitions, seminars, and client meetings, with a commitment to ongoing development. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
