The Role
As a Planner, you will:
1. Support senior colleagues on a variety of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
2. Assist with preparing, submitting, and managing planning applications and appeals.
3. Undertake site appraisals, policy reviews, and research.
4. Liaise with local planning authorities, stakeholders, and clients.
5. Gain exposure to high-profile projects across Cambridge and the wider region.
About You
6. Degree qualified in Town Planning or a related subject (or equivalent experience).
7. Ideally some experience in planning (public or private sector), although applications from recent graduates will also be considered.
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
9. Organised, motivated, and eager to learn.
10. A genuine interest in pursuing a career in planning, with the option to work towards professional accreditation (full support provided).
