After a flying start, we are now seeking a recruitment consultant to help elevate our business. Reporting directly to the founders, you will manage relationships with clients and candidates worldwide. This role offers autonomy to manage and grow your own client base, with live vacancies ready from day one.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the entire recruitment process by liaising effectively with candidates and clients.
2. Identify and attract top talent through our recruitment software, LinkedIn, job boards, and social channels.
3. Shortlist and present qualified candidates against defined job vacancies.
4. Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and suggest improvements to our recruitment processes.
6. Maintain consistent communication with clients and candidates.
7. Monitor responses to job postings and ensure timely feedback to applicants.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a recruiter, agency or in-house.
* Strong understanding of sourcing and recruiting tools and techniques.
* Excellent written and spoken English skills.
* Effective communication with clients and candidates at all levels.
* Social media savvy, comfortable with platforms like Facebook and Twitter.
* Polite and professional phone manner.
