Our clients 100 plus place Nursery in Hook, part of a lovely small boutique group, are growing and looking for Early Years Professionals to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing nursery, either full time 40 hrs a week, or part time as 3 or 4 days, salary is up to £28,496 depending on qualifications, experience and working hours, together with great benefits and opportunities for further qualifications and career opportunities.

Essential for the role
Level 2 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
Experience in a nursery or early years setting
Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences
Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Requirements
What are Clients are looking for Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare. Experience of leading and supporting a team. A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life. A solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework, and the EYFS curriculum. Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported. Team Player with excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback, and a positive, proactive approach. Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children. Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
