As a Customer Service Representative in our Westfield Mount Druitt Branch you’ll be:
6. Responding to customers transactional banking needs, delivering a seamless customer experience
7. Processing transactions including deposits, withdrawals, bank cheques, transfers & CommFX
8. Completing financial health checks to assess customers’ needs, identify any changes or needs for specific products or services
9. Assisting with Cash/ATM procedures
10. Educating and demonstrating of our in-branch technology and digital banking options for customers
11. Adhering to the Bank’s processes and procedures, including accurately reconciling transactions, reviewing customers’ financial positions & championing our strong risk culture
