We’re looking for a confident, motivated people-person to join our team as a Field Sales Executive, representing Molson Coors & Haribo, through Powerforce - a multi-award-winning field marketing agency.
Your Mission: Driving FMCG Sales
This is a hands-on, out-in-the-world role (not a desk job). You’ll manage your own local territory, visiting convenience and independent retailers to grow sales and build strong relationships.
Your day-to-day will include:
1. Building relationships with store owners and teams
2. Promoting well-known brands like Molson Coors & Haribo
3. Improving visibility through displays, POS and product placement
4. Supporting stock levels & availability to maximise sales
5. Working with a supportive team, sharing best practice and ideas

15. Earning Potential - up to £28,800 on target earnings (£24,000 base + 20% bonus) plus team incentives (recently 21 prizes awarded ranging from £50 to £500 in vouchers), along with regular regional team incentives
