* Housekeeping – light cleaning, laundry, tidying
* Mobility Assistance – transfers, walking support, use of aids
* Health Monitoring – observing and reporting changes in condition
* Social Inclusion – helping maintain community and family connections
* Emotional Support – empathy, reassurance, and a listening ear
* Documentation – accurate record keeping
* ️ Safety & Emergency Response – creating safe environments, acting quickly when needed
* Collaboration – working closely with colleagues, professionals, and families
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
We welcome both experienced carers and those new to care—full training is provided.
We are seeking individuals who are:
* Compassionate, empathetic, and patient
* Reliable, flexible, and self-motivated
* Strong communicators with good people skills
* Observant, attentive, and organised
* Able to work independently while following care plans
Essential:
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Right to work in the UK
