Job description
We’re looking for a curious, collaborative, and creative Junior Strategist to join our team. You’ll support the development of strategic thinking across campaigns, helping turn data into insight, briefs into ideas, and research into action.
This is a great opportunity to grow your strategic skills in a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll work closely with senior strategists, creatives, and account teams, contributing to meaningful work while building your confidence and capability.
What you’ll do:
- Support research, evaluation, and insight development
- Help write briefs, presentations, and strategic frameworks
- Share creative inspiration and industry trends
= Build relationships across teams, clients, and partners
- Contribute to reporting, campaign analysis, and team knowledge
= Use AI tools to enhance research and presentation work
What you’ll bring:
- Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
- A curious mindset and eagerness to learn
- Basic understanding of research and strategic frameworks
- Awareness of media channels and creative best practice
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Ideally some experience in marketing, research, or agency life
Experience needed for this role:
- Ideally a degree (or equivalent level) qualification
- Ideally 1-2 years previous experience in research or marketing
- Ideally some office experience
